RETURNS
Returns are accepted for store credit only.
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Returned within 14 days of delivery

In their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition

Returned with original tags and packaging
Final sale items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: sale merchandise, embroidery, accessories, fragrances, and candles.
Footwear must be returned with the original dust bag and shoe box, as both are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
OFY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Non-compliant returns may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A complimentary return label will be provided upon approval.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
In line with our sustainable practices, orders are shipped without paper invoices or return slips.
To initiate a return, please submit a request through our online return portal.
Please allow 24–48 hours for approval and issuance of a return label.

All domestic and international orders ship via USPS or UPS

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Orders placed after 3 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day

Most orders ship within 48–72 hours, though processing times may vary based on availability
We cannot always guarantee product availability. If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or direct shipment from an alternate warehouse.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If an order is deemed non-deliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, OFY reserves the right to deduct the carrier’s return shipping fee from the refund.
