All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping options are presented at checkout, with delivery timelines varying based on destination and selected service.
Please note:
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
• Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods
• OFY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled
Drop-Ship Orders
Select items may ship directly from one of our international partner warehouses.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for drop-ship orders to arrive. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier transit times.
While we work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur during customs clearance or international transit.
International Orders
Canadian and international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may vary and may result in occasional delivery delays beyond the estimated shipping window.
